Biographies

Arthur W. Dickinson practices primarily in the areas of corporate, commercial and real estate law.  He assists business and nonprofit clients in the following areas:

General business operations (contracts, leasing employment matters)

Mergers and acquisitions

Product distribution

Real estate acquisition and divestiture

Entity formation and governance

General corporate/entity law

Mr. Dickinson also advises clients on matters relating to securities law, intellectual property licensing, commercial law, nonprofit/tax-exempt organization, employment contracts, estate and business succession planning and other business matters.

Mr. Dickinson is active in community service through youth sports organizations and church activities.
