Arthur J. Glassman is an attorney and certified public accountant with over 30 years of legal and business experience. He has extensive knowledge of employee benefits and pension matters, as well as estate planning. Mr. Glassman works with businesses, business owners and individuals on a variety of matters including:
Mr. Glassman has a broad range of experience that gives him a unique perspective when advising clients about employee benefits and estate planning. For ten years, Mr. Glassman was CFO, COO and CEO of a group of privately-owned manufacturing companies. He also managed the national and local Personal Financial Planning practice at one of the largest accounting and consulting firms in the world. His technical legal expertise, combined with his management experience, makes Mr. Glassman well-qualified to provide compassionate, knowledgeable and effective advice for your employee benefits, estate planning and business needs. Mr. Glassman co-founded and chaired the Minnesota State Bar Association's Employee Benefits Section and served on the Estate Planning Task Force of the Tax Section of the American Bar Association. He has led over 100 seminars for large and small companies, financial institutions and for the Minnesota State Bar Association Continuing Legal Education in both the employee benefits and estate planning areas.
