Caroline Bussey is a member of the real estate practice group, focusing on infrastructure development.  She primarily represents one of the nation's largest wireless communications companies for its real estate activities related to network development in the upper midwest.  This work includes the negotiation and drafting of real estate agreements, as well as identifying and resolving title issues before they develop into problems.  Her work involves due diligence required for use of public facilities and rights of way for network deployment, as well as acquiring private property rights, such as easements and leasehold interests, for that purpose.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Bussey worked as a paralegal for the Washington, D.C. law firm of Covington & Burling in the firm's communications practice group.  She went on to graduate from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2007.
