Biographies

Christopher D. Stall concentrates his practice in the areas of business and tax law.  He helps his clients structure a  broad array of business transactions, including financings, mergers and acquisitions, licensing and real estate matters.  Mr. Stall has extensive experience structuring governance, ownership and financial relationships for corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and other business entities.  He also assists clients with practical strategies to resolve management and ownership disputes.

Mr. Stall assists clients with state and federal tax strategies and planning.  He regularly represents clients in sales and use tax audits.
