Biographies
Curtis D. Smith has 20 years of experience in construction law and civil litigation. He represents clients in such matters as: Mr. Smith has litigated numerous construction and business cases in the trial and appellate courts, as well as before the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Smith is also experienced in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), including mediation, arbitration, negotiation and mini-trials, and negotiating construction, design and design/build contracts. Mr. Smith is a member of the American Bar Association (Forum on the Construction Industry), Minnesota State and Hennepin County Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Board of Directors and serves as Chapter Attorney for the American Subcontractors Association of Minnesota.
