Biographies

Elizabeth H. Kiernat practices in the areas of real estate, business and estate planning.

Ms. Kiernat provides counsel to individuals, developers and business owners on matters relating to property acquisitions, sales development, financing and leasing.  Ms. Kiernat also has significant experience in multifamily housing finance, including the resale of loans to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac).  Her clients appreciate her exceptional service and reliability.  From the initial meeting to the finalized project, she places a high value on client communication.

Ms. Kiernat counsels clients on all areas of business, from initial entity analysis and formation to sales and acquisitions of businesses. She understands the pressures placed on businesses today and strives for quick turnaround and immediate, creative responses to her clients' legal challenges.

Ms. Kiernat also has experience in the area of estate planning and trust administration.  She has worked with individuals and families in planning their estates to allow clients to meet their objectives while minimizing estate and gift tax.

Ms. Kiernat is a member of the Minnesota State and Hennepin County Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in Minnesota and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
