Biographies
Issa Moe focuses his practice in Moss & Barnett's creditors' remedies and bankruptcy group. He has experience representing debtors, creditors' committees, unsecured and secured creditors, trustees and other parties-in-interest in bankruptcy proceedings and in litigation, both inside and outside the bankruptcy forum. Mr. Moe's practice also includes the defense of clients in connection with claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act. Mr. Moe obtained his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. While at the University of Virginia, Mr. Moe was inducted into the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society. Mr. Moe is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in California and Minnesota.
