Biographies

Jana Aune Deach is a shareholder at Moss & Barnett, practicing exclusively in the area of family law.  Ms. Deach assists clients in a varliety of matters, including:

• Child support
• Spousal maintenance
• Complex nonmarital tracing
• Complex property division
• Custody settlement and litigation
• Premarital agreements
• Settlement negotiations

Ms. Deach works with clients in mediation, arbitration and other dispute resolution processes to try to settle matters.  She resorts to litigating a case only if a resolution cannot be reached between the parties.
