Biographies
John P. Boyle practices primarily in the area of commercial disputes, including shareholder actions and labor and employment litigation. In the labor and employment field, Mr. Boyle chiefly represents employers, handling a variety of employment litigation matters and advising clients on employee separation agreements, non-compete restrictions and litigation-avoidance strategies. In the commercial field, Mr. Boyle handles a wide range of litigation, including contract, shareholder, real estate and construction disputes. Mr. Boyle places a high value on communicating with his clients. His full-service approach ensures that his clients are kept well-informed throughout the entire legal process and enables him to present comprehensive solutions to the complex challenges faced by businesses today. Mr. Boyle's aggressive, yet fair, honest and responsive approach has earned him the respect of his peers and his clients. He prides himself on being aggressive in pursuing his clients' interests, but doing so in a professional, cordial and direct manner. Prior to joining Moss & Barnett, Mr. Boyle was a partner with the law firms of Anthony, Ostlund & Baer, P.A., and Best & Flanagan, L.L.P., where he practiced in the litigation departments.
