Biographies

Jonathan J. Solberg practices in the areas of real estate law, contracts and business law.  He has over 30 years of experience representing and advising corporate clients in real estate acquisitions, development, leasing and sales.  He is a former director of real estate for a national restaurant company and a Fortune 500 Company food wholesaler/retailer.  Due to his practical experience in business, Mr. Solberg provides a unique perspective and a more comprehensive understanding when counseling his clients on the legal issues faced by businesses today.

Mr. Solberg also has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating business contracts and loan documents for commercial transactions, including mergers, corporate borrowings and purchase and sale of businesses.
