Biographies

Joseph G. Socha practices in financial and estate planning, with a focus in individual income tax.

Recently named a Rising Star by Minnesota Law & Politics, Mr. Socha has extensive experience in complex tax matters. He routinely handles tax planning and compliance for high income, high net worth individuals involving complicated tax issues.  Mr. Socha's clients count on his proficiency and acumen in evaluating and successfully minimizing their tax liabilities.  He is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive), and previously worked with Grant Thornton, LLP.  Mr. Socha also operated and owned a manufacturing and distribution business before he received his graduate degrees.

Mr. Socha received his B.A. from Lawrence University and his Master of Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota.  He earned his J.D. cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in 2000, where he was a member of the William Mitchell Law Review.
