Kevin M. Busch has practiced in the following areas since 1981:

  • Bank regulation
  • Commercial lending
  • Real estate lending
  • Uniform Commercial Code

Mr. Busch focuses primarily on the structuring, restructuring and documentation of secured and unsecured commercial loans, real estate loans and letter of credit transactions. Mr. Busch also handles court proceedings when such transactions lead to litigation.

Mr. Busch is a member of the Minnesota State and Ramsey County Bar Associations.
