Biographies
Kristin Heebner represents clients involved in complex business litigation. She is heavily involved in and responsible for all aspects of her cases, from initial client contact through the discovery process through motion practice, trial and appeals. Ms. Heebner has litigated a variety of business disputes, including breaches of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, corporate veil piercing, shareholder disputes, tortious interference, trade secrets, eviction, foreclosure, antitrust, slander of title and defamation. Ms. Heebner's practice extends over a wide range of industries, including financial services, software, beauty supply, retail and merchandising, real estate, banking, aeronautics, securities, education, employment and commercial leasing. Ms. Heebner has represented clients in state and federal courts, as well as before the American Arbitration Association. Ms. Heebner is committed to achieving successful driven results for her clients by providing the highest level of advocacy. She has been successful in achieving results for her clients through dispositive and non-dispositive motions, injunctive relief and trial. In addition, Ms. Heebner is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association and Minnesota Women Lawyers. In April, 2007, Governor Pawlenty appointed Ms. Heebner to the Minnesota State Board of Dentistry. Prior to joining Moss & Barnett, Ms. Heebner was an assocate at the law firm of Anthony, Ostlund & Baer, P.A., where she practiced business litigation.
