Marcy Frost practices in the area of employment law, advising businesses on a wide range of employment issues.  She helps clients develop employment policies and manuals and communicate them effectively to their employees.  She advises clients regarding the numerous questions that arise in connection with hiring, firing and other changes in employment status.  Ms. Frost also drafts employment, independent contractor, confidentiality, non-compete and separation agreements that maximize her clients' rights and competitive advantage.

Ms. Frost's experience litigating employment disputes enhances her ability to guide managers and human resources personnel through the complex maze of statutes and regulations involved in hiring, disciplining, managing and discharging employees.  She also has significant experience responding on behalf of employers to claims of discrimination filed with local, state and federal agencies.

Ms. Frost understands that the proper management of employee relations is necessary to the successful operation of any business.  She works closely with clients to achieve this goal.
