Biographies
Ms. Wahi represents clients in all areas of family law. Ms. Wahi works with clients to resolve financial and family law issues through settlement or litigation. She frequently works on complex financial issues through settlement or litigation. She frequently works on complex financial issues including properly valuations, executive compensation valuation and division, premarital agreements and spousal maintenance. Ms. Wahi's practice focuses on minimizing the emotional and economic effects of divorce on families and children. She effectively uses alternative dispute resolution when possible to minimize the damage marital dissolution litigation has on families. Ms. Wahi also has experience in general litigation. Her general litigation practice has included representation of a broad cross section of individuals and businesses in commercial litigation and business transactions. In addition to her daily practice, Ms. Wahi is actively involved in USA Junior Olympic Volleyball in Minnesota. She provides training and coaching seminars on volleyball technique.
