Biographies

As an associate at Moss & Barnett, Sarah Doerr focuses her practice in the bankruptcy and creditors' remedies practice groups.  She has experience in both individual and commercial bankruptcy matters and has represented secured and unsecured creditors, as well as debtors.  Sarah also defends debt buyers and debt collection agencies in connection with Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) claims.

In addition, Sarah has experience in complex class action defense and has represented clients nationwide in large and small contract disputes and workers' compensation matters, as well as in cases involving telecommunications, trade secrets, consumer fraud, securities and financial services.
