Biographies

Shanna L. Strowbridge focuses her legal practice in commercial real estate law, retail and office leasing, and general corporate law.  Shanna represents a wide variety of tenants in the negotiation of office and retail leases across the country and has extensive experience in the franchise and restaurant industries.  She assists local and national developers in a broad range of transactions, including the purchase, sale, financing, construction and development of projects, and the structuring of master-planned and common interest communities.  Additionally, she advises clients on the resolution of environmental matters and in the coordination of transactional due diligence relating to such real estate projects.  Her extensive experience within the Twin Cities real estate industry is a value-asset to clients of the firm's real estate and commercial practice groups. Earlier in her career, Shanna served as in-house counsel for a local commercial real estate developer and management company which provides her with the perspective to identify and  understand both a client's legal and business issues.

Shanna's corporate law experience includes assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, extensive contract negotiation and drafting and advising clients on financing arrangements, business structuring and management matters.

Shanna received her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School, and her B.A., summa cum laude, in History/English from the University of Minnesota.
