Biographies

Shannon M. Bixby-Pankratz practices in the area of family law. Ms. Bixby-Pankratz brings a civilized approach to difficult situations surrounding family law.  She strives to bring a calm and thoughtful method to a highly emotional and difficult experience.  She aims to reach an agreeable resolution between the parties, using litigation as a last resort.

Prior to joining Moss & Barnett, Ms. Bixby-Pankratz served a clerkship for a Hennepin County District Court judge specifically assigned to Family Court matters.  With almost ten additional years of experience working with difficult and highly emotional cases within the court system, she provided assessments and recommendations to judicial officers with both fairness and compassion.  Ms. Bixby-Pankratz's educational background provides significant experience in mediation and conflict resolution based services.

Ms. Bixby-Pankratz is a member of the American Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association and Hennepin County Bar Association.
