Biographies
Mr. Judd practices in the area of corporate and business law and counsels clients in matters ranging from the formation of business entities, to negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial agreements, to developing and executing strategic business plans. He has been involved in many different forms of corporate transactions including: Mr. Judd has extensive experience with a wide range of business entities from start-up companies to large, publicly held corporations, including the formation, organization and capitalization of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. His experience as inside corporate counsel and as a business executive provides him with a unique perspective regarding the legal services clients expect.
In addition to practicing corporate and business law, Mr. Judd has recently gained experience in entertainment law. One of his clients has developed a children's entertainment and education concept for television and/or DVD and literary publication, as well as children consumer products. Mr. Judd has prepared an animation production agreement for a pilot television episode and reviewed and negotiated production agreements for the head writer, the executive producer and the art director for the pilot. He has reviewed the publishing agreement between the creator/author and the publisher, as well as the agreement with the literary agent. Mr. Judd has participated in the negotiations and preparation of the equity provisions with co-counsel for the head writer, executive producer and art director for the pilot production agreements. He has reviewed the agreements for the sound studio and the voice over talent for the pilot episode, as well as the agreements for the support personnel, casting director, line producer, writers, composer and lyricist.
