Biographies

Thomas A. Keller's nationwide practice has included a variety of industries, such as financial institutions, utilities, manufacturing, service, health care and medical devices.  During his more than 40 years of practice, Mr. Keller has successfully assisted his clients with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, executive compensation, contracts, securities, financing, license agreements and employment.

Mr. Keller has been named a Top 10 Merger & Acquisition Lawyer by his peers in Minnesota Law & Politics magazine.  He is regularly appointed a Special Master by the United States District Court in complex corporate litigation due to his extensive experience, long-standing reputation and outstanding communication skills.  He represents many types of companies, from small business owners to high-profile Fortune 500 companies, providing
successful and creative solutions to a vast array of legal challenges.

Mr. Keller is a member of the American Bar Association, Section of Corporation, Banking and Business Law, Section of Labor and Employment Law, and Forum on Health Law; the National Health Lawyers Association; and the Minnesota State and Hennepin County Bar Associations.
