Consistently listed as a "Rising Star" by Minnesota Law and Politics, Yuri B. Berndt concentrates his practice in the area of tax and business law. Mr. Berndt's clients benefit from his dependable, timely service as well as his practical real world approach to complex legal and tax matters. He represents individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies, S-corporations and other closely-held business clients on a variety of matters including:

Mr. Berndt also devotes a significant part of his practice advising clients regarding Internal Revenue Code Section 1031 like-kind exchanges.

Mr. Berndt is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) and a member of the American, the Minnesota State (Tax Section) and the Hennepin County Bar Associations.  He is also a member of the American Institute and Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.
