Minnesota Supreme Court Upholds Expert Disclosure Law for Protection of CPAs from Frivolous Lawsuits!

Over the dissent of two justices, the Minnesota Supreme Court has just affirmed that licensed professionals are entitled to a prompt and meaningful disclosure of the basis on which they supposedly "malpracticed," when it held that a tort reform law says what it means -- and means what it says! Moss & Barnett's Peter Koller argued and briefed the appeal in favor of the CPA defendants in the case of Brown-Wilbert, Inc., et al. v. Copeland Buhl & Co., P.L.L.P., et al.
