Sheila Engelmeier, Sue Fischer, Richard T. Franks and Kerry Trapp Join Moss & BarnettMoss & Barnett is pleased to announce that Sheila Engelmeier, Sue Fischer, Richard T. Franks and Kerry Trapp have joined the firm. We are happy to have Sheila and Sue as principals practicing in the area of employment law. Engelmeier and Fischer's practice focuses on employment matters, including both counseling and litigation related to the full panoply of workplace issues, disputes and training, as well as issues facing the early childhood education industry. Richard T. Franks joins Moss & Barnett as a member of the firm's litigation practice area. His practice focuses primarily in the area of commercial litigation, including real estate, employment law and creditors remedies matters. Kerry Trapp joins Moss and Barnett's business practice area, where she will focus her practice on business organizations, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Moss & Barnett, Engelmeier, Fischer, Franks and Trapp were attorneys in private practice. Engelmeier received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Gamma Mu, from Hamline University. Fischer received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the William Mitchell College of Law, an M.S. from the University of Arizona, and her B.S. from St. Cloud State University. Franks received his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and his B.A. from Seton Hall University. Trapp received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota and her B.A. from American University. |
