Biographies
Ms. Gliedman practices real estate law, with a particular emphasis on multifamily housing finance and development. She primarily represents lenders in connection with the financing of various projects, including the resale of loans to the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac). She also provides counsel to both buyers and sellers in all phases of acquisition and disposition of residential and commercial real estate projects, including negotiation, due diligence, title and survey review, document preparation and closing. Prior to joining Moss & Barnett, Ms. Gliedman was with First American Title Insurance Company (Minneapolis, Minnesota) where she closed complex commercial real estate transactions. |
