Biographies

Jeff Lin is a member of Moss & Barnett's Energy Regulation and Communications practice groups.  Mr. Lin joined Moss & Barnett as a law clerk through its joint internship program with Xcel Energy Inc. while attending law school at the University of Minnesota Law School.  Subsequent to graduation from law school, Mr. Lin continued at Moss & Barnett.

Mr. Lin has participated in a number of energy regulatory proceedings, including several electric utility rate cases.  Mr. Lin has also participated in a number of telecommunications regulatory proceedings.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lin worked in the accounting and finance fields, where he was an associate with the accounting firms Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and a senior financial analyst with Oracle Corporation.

Mr. Lin is a member of the Minnesota State and Hennepin County Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in Minnesota.
