Biographies

Matthew P. Kostolnik practices in the area of civil litigation, including business disputes, employment matters, environmental cost recovery, injunctions/restraining orders, and construction defects.  Mr. Kostolnik has successfully defended and prosecuted civil claims at all phases of litigation.  He has tried nine cases to conclusion before a jury and has argued before the Minnesota Supreme Court and the Minnesota Court of Appeals.  Mr. Kostolnik is recognized by his peers as a Minnesota Law & Politics "Rising Star" attorney.
