Moss & Barnett is committed to strengthening our law firm through the addition of professionals and staff reflecting the increasing diversity of our region. Recognizing the need to take action on this important initiative, our firm became one of the early members of Twin Cities Diversity in Practice. This organization endeavors to reach out nationally to recruit candidates of diverse backgrounds to relocate to the Twin Cities legal community from other parts of the United States.

In addition, Moss & Barnett actively promotes the recruitment, professional growth and development of its women attorneys. We are a long-time supporter of Minnesota Women Lawyers, and in 1998 we were one of the first law firms in this area to elect a woman to serve as our managing partner.
