Brian Grogan Elected to Moss & Barnett Board of Directors and Glen Schumann and Betsy Kiernat Appointed as Adjunct DirectorsMoss & Barnett is pleased to announce that Brian T. Grogan was recently elected to a three-year term as a member of the firm's Board of Directors. Brian is the Chair of the firm's Municipal Communications and Infrastructure Practice Groups. Brian will continue practicing law on a full-time basis in addition to handling his management responsibilities. Brian joins returning directors Dave F. Senger, Thomas J. Shroyer, Susan C. Rhode and Kevin M. Busch. In addition, Glen E. Schumann and Elizabeth ("Besty") H. Kiernat have been appointed Adjunct Directors for 2009. Glen is the Chair of the Patents Section of the firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group, and Betsy is a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. They will each serve a one-year term that runs from September 2008 through August 2009.
