Ed Winer Named One of the "Top 100 Attorneys in the U.S." by Worth Magazine for the Third Consecutive Year!Moss & Barnett is pleased to announce that its Family Law Practice Group Co Chair, Edward L. Winer, has been named one of the "Top 100 Attorneys in the U.S." by Worth Magazine for the third consecutive year! This listing appears in the December 2008 issue of Worth Magazine and features attorneys who practice in the areas of trusts and estates, philanthropy, elder care, matrimonial and other private practice areas. This most recent honor follows Ed's inclusion as one of the Top Ten U.S. Divorce Lawyers by Worth Magazine in 2002, and his elected admission in the American College of Family Trial Lawyers, which recognizes the 100 best family trial lawyers in the U.S. Ed is one of only 1,396 attorneys nationwide who have been listed in all editions of The Best Lawyers in America since its first publication in 1983. In addition, Ed is named in all surveys as a "Super Lawyer" and "Top 40 Family Law Attorney" by Minnesota Law and Politics.
