Jeffrey S. Waldron and Jeff Y. Lin Join Moss & BarnettMoss & Barnett is pleased to announce that Jeffrey S. Waldron has joined the firm's Business Law and wealth preservation and estate planning practice groups and that Jeff Y. Lin has joined the firm's energy regulation and communications practice groups. Waldron assists companies in all phases of the business life cycle, including formation, operation, acquisition, and succession. He received his J.D., with High Distinction, from Drake University Law School, was awarded the Order of the Coif and was a Dwight D. Opperman Scholar. He is also pursuing a Master of Laws in taxation through New York University School of Law. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Prior to joining Moss & Barnett, Waldron was an associate with a large law firm in Des Moines, Iowa. Lin joined Moss & Barnett as a law clerk through our joint internship program with Xcel Energy while attending law school at the University of Minnesota. Lin has participated in a number of energy and telecommunications regulatory proceedings. Prior to attending law school, Lin worked in the accounting and finance fields. He received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and his B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. ATTACHMENT: Two New Attorneys Have Joined the Firm
