Kristin Heebner Joins Moss & Barnett and Appointed to Board of Dentistry

Moss & Barnett is pleased to announce that Kristin B. Heebner has joined the firm's litigation practice area. Heebner's practice extends over a wide range of industries, including financial services, software, beauty supply, retail and merchandising, real estate, banking, aeronautics, securities, education, employment and commercial leasing.

Heebner was recently appointed by Governor Tim Pawlenty as a public member to the Minnesota Board of Dentistry for a four-year term. The Board of Dentistry, which consists of nine members, examines, licenses and regulates dental health care professionals.

"Kristin is a strong litigator with a remarkable profile of experience that will greatly add to the strength of our litigation department," said President and CEO, Tom Shroyer. Prior to joining Moss & Barnett, Heebner was an attorney at a business litigation firm in Minneapolis.

Heebner received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School and her B.A., cum laude, in political science from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts.
