Minnesota Supreme Court Upholds Statute of LimitationsIn a case of vital importance to all licensed professionals, the Minnesota Supreme Court recently held that Minnesota's six-year statute of limitations starts to run even if the alleged victim does not know of the potential claim. Moss & Barnett's Tom Shroyer and Peter Koller successfully argued for this result in a friend of the court brief filed for the Minnesota Society of CPAs.
