Moss & Barnett Announces New Shareholders  

Moss & Barnett is pleased to announce that Terese A. West and Matthew P. Kostolnik, both of our litigation practice group, have become shareholders in the firm.

Terese West practices in the area of commercial litigation, including, but not limited to, secured and unsecured commercial loan transactions; employment matters involving wrongful discharge, sexual harassment and discrimination claims, agreements not to compete and other restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and unfair competition; insurance coverage disputes; and contract disputes.  Terese's background includes several years of experience as a controller for a closely-held business.  As a result, she has an insider's perspective on how closely-held businesses operate and the unique issues involving in managing such businesses.

Matt Kostolnik practices in the areas of civil litigation, including business disputes, employment matters, environmental cost recovery, injunctions/restraining orders, and construction defects.  Matt has successfully defended and prosecuted civil claims at all phases of litigation.

Both Terese and Matt have been recognized by their peers as Minnesota Law & Politics "Rising Star" attorneys.
