Patrick Butler Joins Moss & Barnett October 16, 2006 Moss & Barnett is pleased to announce that Patrick Butler has joined the firm's Business Law group. "Patrick's accounting experience in tax management compliments his business law practice in counseling clients on business formation, mergers, acquisitions and tax planning," said President and CEO, Tom Shroyer. Prior to joining Moss & Barnett, Patrick was an attorney with another Twin Cities law firm. Patrick received his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and his B.A. cum laude from the University of St. Thomas.
