Rick Johnson and Kevin Busch Elected to Moss & Barnett Board of Directors and Ben Henschel and Mike Nixt Appointed as Adjunct Directors

Moss & Barnett is pleased to announce that Richard J. Johnson and Kevin M. Busch were recently elected to three-year terms as members of the firm's Board of Directors. Rick will also continue to serve as the firm's Chief Financial Officer and to serve on the firm's Management Committee. Kevin chairs the Commercial Department.

Rick is a member of the firm's regulated entities practice group, and Kevin is a member of the firm's business and banking and commercial transactions practice groups. They will each continue practicing law on a full-time basis in addition to handling their management responsibilities. They join returning directors Dave F. Senger, Thomas J. Shroyer, Susan C. Rhode and Curtis D. Smith.

In addition, Ben M. Henschel and Michael R. Nixt have been appointed Adjunct Directors for 2008. Ben is a member of the firm's family law practice group, and Mike is a member of the firm's business law practice group.
