Tom Keller Elected to Boards of Directors of Abbott Northwestern Hospital Foundation and Minnesota Diversified Industries

Moss & Barnett is pleased to announce that senior partner, Thomas A. Keller III, has been elected to serve on the Boards of Directors of Abbott Northwestern Hospital Foundation and Minnesota Diversified Industries. Abbott Northwestern Hospital Foundation works with individuals, corporations and foundations to serve the needs of patients and the community. Minnesota Diversified Industries is a not-for-profit which provides progressive development and job opportunities for people with disabilities and disadvantages. It has three factories located in St. Paul, Grand Rapids and Hibbing.

Tom is a member of Moss & Barnett's business practice area and has successfully assisted clients from a variety of industries, such as financial institutions, utilities, manufacturing, service, health care and medical devices, with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, executive compensation, contracts, securities, financing, license agreements and employment.
