Tom Shroyer Awarded the Minnesota Society of CPAs' "2007-2008 Friend of the Profession Award"Moss & Barnett is pleased to congratulate Thomas J. Shroyer who was awarded the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants' "2007-2008 Friend of the Profession Award" at its Annual Fall Recognition Dinner held on October 23, 2008. The "Friend of the Profession Award" recognizes friends of the CPA profession who go "above and beyond" in their contributions to further the goals of the Society. The Society congratulated and thanked Tom for his "commitment to the Minnesota Society of CPAs" and for his "long history of sage advice, early warnings and wise counsel whenever needed." Tom is the firm's President and CEO and is a member of the firm's litigation practice area. Tom focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on professional liability, business torts, securities litigation and shareholder rights disputes.
