Philip Young Elected Mayor of the City of Eden PrairieMoss & Barnett shareholder Philip J. Young has been elected Mayor of the City of Eden Prairie for a four-year term commencing 2007. Eden Prairie was recently ranked number 10 on MONEY magazine's annual list of "America's Best Places to Live " and is the highest ranked Minnesota city on the list.
