Carol J. Yerks Carol J. Yerks has worked in the area of real estate law for over nine years. As a paralegal, she has extensive experience with commercial real estate. Ms. Yerks works on complex commercial real estate transactions, coordinates and conducts closings, drafts agreements and leases, works on due diligence and title and survey review.
