Carol M. Spohn Carol M. Spohn is a paralegal practicing in the area of family law. Moss and Barnett is fortunate to have several of the most experienced family law paralegals in the state. Ms. Spohn has been practicing with Moss & Barnett since 1984. She plays a vital role in family law cases by maintaining a liaison between the client and attorney, assisting clients and attorneys in compiling and analyzing information, coordinating experts, drafting agreements, obtaining appraisals and being available to answer the important day-to-day questions clients have. In addition to offering clients her practical experience in family law, Ms. Spohn’s educational background enhances the quality and competency of her work. Her college studies included psychology with a human services emphasis and criminal justice.
