Christopher W. Hiatt Christopher W. Hiatt is a paralegal at Moss & Barnett, practicing in the areas of Litigation and Intellectual Property. Mr. Hiatt’s main area of concentration is on bridging the gap between the paper society and the paperless society by utilizing several litigation software programs for efficient case management and trial preparation. As the legal profession becomes more electronically driven, Mr. Hiatt’s focus continues to be on electronic imaging and data discovery.
