Joe Van Sloun is a paralegal at Moss & Barnett, practicing in the Litigation Department. He has 15 years of experience in employment , commercial and products liability litigation in both state and federal court. Industry experience includes Manufacturing, Financial Services, Education, Insurance, Retail, Medical and Legislative.

Mr. Van Sloun assists Moss & Barnett associates and shareholders in managing simple and complex cases, working directly with the clients, attorneys, experts and the courts. He has extensive experience with drafting and responding to discovery, document production, document management, creating databases, investigation, interviewing, jury research and hearing and trial preparation.
