Kathleen A. Dolphin Kathleen A. Dolphin is a paralegal in Moss & Barnett’s Litigation Department. Ms. Dolphin has been a litigation paralegal for nearly 20 years, primarily in the area of general business litigation. Ms. Dolphin assists Moss & Barnett shareholders and associates with management of simple and complex litigation matters, with extensive experience in preparing and responding to discovery, document productions, creation and management of databases, and hearing and trial preparation, utilizing case management software and e-discovery technology to facilitate all aspects of case administration.
