Marcia L. Wine Marcia L. Wine is a paralegal at Moss & Barnett, practicing in the areas of real estate, telecommunications and environmental law. Ms. Wine assists with the review of environmental issues that arise in real estate and business transactions. She also works in the area of real estate leasing, with an emphasis on telecommunications site leasing. In her previous work experience as a member of a corporate legal staff, she specialized in administrative law and regulatory compliance issues. Ms. Wine also has worked as a real property specialist for a large cellular telecommunications company, where she coordinated multiple communications site leasing transactions.
