Shelly A. Doerr Shelly A. Doerr is a paralegal at Moss & Barnett, practicing in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Trust and Taxation. She has more than 23 years of experience working in the legal field as a legal secretary and paralegal. Ms. Doerr concentrates mainly on estate planning, trust and probate administration, including assisting attorneys with the preparation of wills, trust agreements, powers of attorney, health care directives and probate documents. In addition, she is experienced in assisting attorneys with asset transfers, beneficiary designations, trust and estate administration, valuation of assets and preparation of federal and state estate tax returns. She has extensive experience in managing trust and estate accounts, including annual accountings and bill paying. Ms. Doerr also coordinates the preparation of Crummy withdrawal notices in connection with irrevocable trust administration.
