Sheryl L. Arend Sheryl L. Arend is a paralegal at Moss & Barnett, practicing in the area of real estate law. She has extensive experience in the review, analysis and resolution of title and survey issues. She also has experience with all aspects of secondary market multi-family lending, commercial property transactions, and Torrens registration proceedings. Ms. Arend previously worked as a Mortgage Policy/Risk Analyst at a leading mortgage company where she reviewed loan products, policies and investor contracts to assess both legal compliance and risk factors.
