Stacie L. Iverson Stacie L. Iverson is a paralegal at Moss & Barnett, practicing in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Trust and Taxation. She has over 15 years of experience in the legal field as a legal assistant and paralegal. Ms. Iverson prepares estate planning documents and assists clients with the implementation of their estate plans. She has experience in handling guardianship and conservatorship matters. Ms. Iverson also works closely with clients, outside counsel and other professionals with the probate process, including probate court filings, accountings and distributions. In addition, she is also experienced in preparing a variety of tax returns, including gift tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns and estate tax returns.
