Suzanne M. Lecy Suzanne M. Lecy is a paralegal at Moss & Barnett, practicing in the areas of business law, mergers and acquisitions and securities. Ms. Lecy has more than 25 years of experience working in the legal field and has been with Moss & Barnett since 1989. She has worked as a paralegal since 1999. Ms. Lecy is responsible for due diligence review, preparation of schedules, closing documents and organizing and assisting with transaction closings. Ms. Lecy also assists clients with the formation of business entities, corporate governance and ongoing maintenance of general corporate matters, foreign qualifications and withdrawals, the documentation of corporate actions and transactions, including acquisitions and mergers and Uniform Commercial Code filings and research.
