William S. Yunker is a paralegal at Moss & Barnett, practicing in the areas of real estate law, telecommunications, commercial leasing, multi-family housing and zoning and land use.

Mr. Yunker has many years of experience in real estate law, bankruptcy, foreclosure, creditor’s remedies, litigation and criminal law. He is responsible for reviewing title insurance commitments and ALTA/ACSM land surveys, drafting real estate documents, resolving title matters, acquiring zoning and land use information, coordinating the recording of real estate documents, financing and development of multifamily housing projects and legal research. Prior to joining Moss & Barnett in 2004, Mr. Yunker worked as the Corporate Secretary for a title insurance company.
