Working Together

In order to provide meaningful counsel, Moss & Barnett trial lawyers and litigators are pledged to working closely with our clients to carefully determine and assess the strength of the facts and applicable law, while paying careful consideration to the client’s circumstances and desired outcome.

We work closely with clients at each stage of the case and communicate fully and frequently about all aspects of a dispute.

Moss & Barnett staffs each client’s matter with personnel at appropriate levels of experience and cost, including paralegals, because we recognize that proper case management and legal costs go hand-in-hand. Depending upon the nature and complexity of a matter, we may assign a full-service team or a single attorney.

Communications within the team are facilitated by our use of litigation support software, including CaseSoft and Summation.

In certain cases, we are also able to provide estimates of possible cost and fees for various stages of a dispute.
